THE OLD SEAT

The Brasserie du Vieux Siege has been offering the same formula for many years: brasserie cuisine in a beautiful room decorated in the 1930s style. The chef tackles the great classics such as anchoïade, charcuterie basket, cod aioli, duck breast of grilled duck, the piece of Charolais and its maître d'hôtel butter, but also the monkfish aioli, the calf's head with gribiche sauce.
