BARBA FISH BREWERY

In the family line, Valérie and Lucien Barba left their mark on the 4th generation by creating the fishmonger/brasserie concept. Lucien will welcome you aboard his "boat" to make you taste all the wonders of the sea. Choose your own fish or shellfish from the stall or fish for your shellfish in the tanks. Then in the kitchen, Valérie will prepare them for you according to your choice by adding all the flavors of the Mediterranean. Specialities: Monkfish bourride from Madame Pascaline, Squid à la Sétoise, Blue lobster in its shell of large macaroni, Red mullet fillets, fish bone sauce reduced with saffron, rusty foam, Mariscada (assorted fish and shellfish.
