Able to accommodate 6 people, the air-conditioned gîte is composed of a spacious living/dining room open to the equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, electric coffee maker (traditional + Senseo), 3-burner induction hob, etc.)
The living room is equipped with a TV, DVD player and radio.
A corridor leads to the 3 bedrooms:

A bedroom with 1 bed 140 cm x 190 cm, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe and private bathroom with shower and sink, separate WC
A bedroom with 1 bed 160 cm x 200 cm, 2 bedside tables, desk, wardrobe
A bedroom with 2 beds 90 cm x 190 cm, 2 bedside tables and wardrobe
A second bathroom with bathtub, 2 sinks, washing machine and a separate toilet.
Outside, enjoy sunny days on the terrace with barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers.
Private and secure parking on the property.
Electric heating during the cold season at the tenants' expense.
Rates include 8 kW of electricity per day. Beyond that, a surcharge per kW will be charged at the current market price.
