Accommodating up to 6 people, the air-conditioned and heated (depending on the season) cottage comprises a spacious open-plan living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, electric coffee makers (traditional + Senseo), 3-burner induction hob, etc.). WiFi is available at the tenants' own risk.
The living room is equipped with a television. There is an outdoor electrical outlet and an extension cord for (slow) charging of electric vehicles.

A corridor leads to the 3 bedrooms:

– A bedroom with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), two bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a private bathroom with shower, washbasin, and separate toilet
– A bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), 2 bedside tables, a desk, and a wardrobe
– A bedroom with two 90cm x 190cm beds, two bedside tables and a wardrobe
A second bathroom with bathtub, 2 sinks, washing machine and a separate toilet.
Outside, enjoy sunny days on the terrace with barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers.
Private and secure parking on the property.
Electric heating during the cold season and air conditioning, fans during the warmer months. 8 kWh of electricity per day is included; beyond that, an additional charge per kWh will be applied at the current market price.
Sheets, towels and cleaning optional.

4 km from Béziers and large supermarkets. Numerous shopping centres within a 6 km radius (Auchan, Leclerc, Carrefour, Lidl).
