JULLIAN HOUSE

Nestled in a “biterroise madness”, or small castle from the end of the 19th century, Maison Jullian is a place of life that caters to epicureans.
Its geographical positioning “the countryside in the city”, on the banks of the Canal du Midi, and just 5 and 10 minutes on foot from the train station and the city center of Béziers, make Maison Jullian a unique and privileged place.
Our ambition is to provide you with rich experiences around gastronomy, well-being and culture.
On the restaurant side, the menu changes every week, favoring market cuisine and short-circuit supplies.
In the tea room, we enjoy homemade pastries, mixing English specialties (scones, carrot cake, crumble, finger sandwiches, etc.), and great classics of French pastries (lemon tart, Paris-Brest, madeleines, etc.) .
Meals are served either in the old billiard room, with its neo-Moorish influence, or in the English-style park, in a rural setting.
