JULLIAN HOUSE

Located on the banks of the Canal du Midi in Béziers, Maison Jullian is a "folly of Biterrois", or small castle from the end of the 19th century. Its geographical location "the countryside in the city", just 5 to 10 minutes walk from the train station and the city center of Béziers, makes it a unique and privileged place.
Like a family home, Maison Jullian welcomes guests at any time of the day. Each moment is thought out down to the smallest detail, so that guests can live a unique and exceptional experience.

From breakfast to lunch, including tea time (the only one in Béziers!) and brunch, each meal is served in the light of the stained glass windows of the old billiard room, or at leisure in the English-style flower park, weather permitting.
In the kitchen, it is the resident chef, Charles Teboul, who officiates. His signature, committed and seasonal cuisine is inspired by the local terroir and evolves according to the seasons.
